What are Fresh Touch Flowers?
Fresh touch flowers are not the typical flowers you find in craft stores. They are the highest quality silk flowers available. Fresh touch flowers are known by several names, fresh touch, real touch, natural touch one thing is for sure they are beautiful! They look, smell and feel real. Our flowers are carefully selected for quality and how close to botanically correct the are.
Wait a minute! I thought silk flowers would be cheap compared to fresh.
It is true that you can find many retailers that sell bouquets at a fraction of the cost of fresh flowers. They often use flowers that you would find at a dollar store. They are low quality flowers so they can be offered at cheaper price. Our arrangements are still a bargin compared to fresh flowers when you are comparing flowers types and sizes. Also remember you will have our arrangements to enjoy for years after your event.
Do you have an online store I can purchase my flowers?
Sorry because we do not pre make our arrangements we sell only custom orders. This allows us to customize our arrangements to each person.
Do I pick out colors and types of wedding flowers?
You may if you like, or you may tell us the colors you want and our designers will create a dream arrangement. You can also send or email photos of bouquets you've admired.
Am I able to see the finished product before I commit to buying from you?
We have several options available.
Option 1: See photos on our website and realize you can trust us to design something beautiful for you. When you purchase fresh flowers this is the process you would follow.
Option 2: Buy one bouquet so you can experience our quality and service.
Option: 3:Buy a sample bouquet and use it as a toss.
As our staff prepares your flower bouquets for shipment, we will email photos of the bouquet of your choice for you to see. We will make 1 set design changes at no charge, as long as it uses the same flowers. Any extensive design changes will be charged at 25% of the total cost.
How long in advance do I need to place an order?
Our clients are handled on a first come first served basis. We are able to do 10 large events per month. Ordering 3 to 6 months in advance is advised. We try to accommodate everyone, if you need your flowers in a hurry(less than 8 weeks) a 25% surcharge may apply depending on how busy we are, please inquire.
What is the shipping policy?
We combine items in shipping containers to maximize the available space. We ship USPS Priority Mail. If you need it faster an additional $50.00 will be charged for Express Mail. We take great care to package your flowers, there is an option to buy shipping insurance and it is highly reccomended.
Payments
To reserve the date you will pay 60% down. The remaining balance may be paid in interest free payments with the final payment due two weeks before shipping. Please be aware we do not start designing your flowers until all of your payments are received so please allow for this when planning your payments. We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied. We have a 5 day money back policy. If you receive your flowers and you are unhappy we will refund your money. However, if the flowers are not returned before the wedding there will not be a refund. (yes we have had people do this)
What methods may I use to make payment?
Once you have made your selections we will e-mail you a contract and an invoice from Google Checkout. It is a secure check out process.
